I’m Phillip, a licensed massage therapist with a focus on therapeutic and deep tissue bodywork. My training includes medical massage, Swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, cupping, active isolated stretching, and myoskeletal alignment techniques.

Whether you're dealing with lower back pain, shoulder tension, or a stiff neck, I’m here to help. While I’m happy to provide relaxing massage sessions, my passion lies in therapeutic work—identifying areas of tension, understanding how they affect your posture and movement, and addressing the root causes to help you move and feel better.

Each session is customized to meet your needs, and I can blend relaxation and therapeutic techniques for a balanced, effective experience.
